With that in mind, we have dedicated an entire section of our web site towards providing valuable information for your health. We encourage feedback and input, as we are learning also. There is constantly new research coming out that gives us insight on what causes disease and how we can prevent it and have a better quality of life.

My objective in this section is to offer some grounded advice for not necessarily stopping the aging clock, but rather, give yourself a better quality of life while you are living! The following are some basic concepts in health and nutrition that we've all heard, but are rarely disputed amongst the various magazines and books that I've seen and I felt are worth reviewing:
Drink more water - 8 glasses of fresh water (preferably not tap water).
Increase fruit and vegetable consumption - loaded with vitamins and minerals - no fat. If you have bleeding gums or high blood pressure or if you smoke, this is especially important.
Eat less sugar - (sugar could cripple your immune system, increasing risk for cancer and heart disease.)
Avoid smoking and minimize alcohol consumption - both known to negatively affect the body. You may want to also be careful if you drink a lot of caffineated coffee.
Rigorous exercise/activity for 20 minutes, three times a week.
Don't be fooled by "non-fat", it doesn't mean "no-calories, or no-sugar".
