Dr. Randall LaFrom

Graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1982, went to San Jose State University, West Valley Community College and Mitty High School prior to dental school. His family has lived in the Santa Clara County for the the over 40 years. Dr. Randy was probably the only kid in his dental school class that knew he wanted to be a dentist as early as fourth grade. This helped him focus his studies, and while at San Jose State, he was the president of the Pre-Dental Student Association, and assisted others in learning about dentistry. While in dental school, he was the sophmore year class vice president. This gave him a lot of experience in dealing with teachers, administration and he was also in charge of helping initiate the freshman class into the dental program. Once out of school, Dr. Randy joined the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce and was elected the Vice-President and served on the Board of Directors for three years. His practice continued to grow and it took up more of his time, so now he participates with the chamber in more of a member capacity. Randy was an Eagle Boy Scout and he plays guitar and keyboards in a band on a "for-fun" basis. He is committed to his patients to providing them with the best possible care available and is willing to do what it takes to make sure that his clients are well taken care of. One of his hobbies includes creating web pages!

Connie Lewis, RDH - Hygienist
Connie has also been with us for over ten years. She graduated with honors from Foothill Dental Hygiene School. She is a real professional and is dedicated to her profession. She has the thoroughness of a dentist and competence that it takes to help our patients maintain their teeth in the optimum condition. She has raised five really terrific children and we are proud to be able to offer her dental skills and dental hygiene services at our office.

Diane Schmidt, RDH - Hygienist
Diane started with us at the beginning of the year 2000. She was working in the Fresno area for the past two years and decided to move to the Bay Area. She has a cheerful attitude and loves working with our patients. She has a strong committment to the welfare of our patients and is looking forward to meeting everyone.

Debbie Moreno - Financial Coordinator
Debbie is the person you want to talk with when you need assistance with your insurance billing. She has been in the dental field for over ten years and she handles the monthly statements, billing and insurance claims. Debbie worked for us a few years ago and has come back to join our team again. We are glad to have her back.

Brandy Soliven - Appointment Coordinator
Brandy comes to us with seven years experience in the dental field. She is committed to providing excellence in care for our patients. She will assist you with scheduling your appointments and explaining your treatment. She has worked both in the back office as a dental assistant as well as in the front office at a couple of other dental practices before settling down with us. This gives her a better understanding of the overall picture of what goes on with the patient treatment.

Alison Woodfill - RDA - Chairside Dental Assistant
Alison is our chairside dental assistant. She has been with us since the beginning of the year as well, however, she also used to work with us a few years back. She is totally committed to making sure our patients all have the opportunity to have great smiles. She has been to several specialized trainings in the latest in cosmetic dentistry and brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Joyce Mello - RDA - Chairside Dental Assistant
Joyce is our chairside dental assistant. She graduated in the top of her class from Concorde Career Institute. She went on to earn her RDA license which means that she has undergone further training and has additional skills in the dental field. Her responsibilities include making sure that you are treated as quickly and as comfortably as possible. She is dedicated to assisting the doctor in providing the best possible care for our patients that we can. She has been in the dental field for seven years and really enjoys her work. We are glad to have her with us and she helps to balance out our team. She has three terrific young children and her hobbies include camping, fishing, swimming, movies and working in the garden.
