First Visit Expectations

We are happy you have chosen us to help you. At your first appointment, a careful, gentle complete periodontal examination including cancer screening exam will be done. If no current x-rays are available from your general dentist, full mouth x-rays will be taken during this appointment. Your condition will be diagnosed, then all treatment options, including fees, etc. will be discussed with you. Dr. Poulos will be in contact with your general dentist to mutually coordinate a treatment plan that best fits your wishes and needs. He will also discuss treatment with implants if it is appropriate to your diagnosis.
Dr. Poulos gladly welcomes your questions, so that he can provide the most personalized care for you. The initial appointment lasts approximately 1 hour, and any necessary appointments for treatment will be scheduled following your initial examination/consultation.
